Research On "Combining School And Corporation" Mode Of Athletic Talents' Training In Regular Institutions Of Higher Learning

The single mode of the athletic talents'trianing in regular institrations of higer learning and the problem deriving from it are influence on thedevelopment of higer-lever team.To complete the mode, social resources should be depend upon,through channels like alumni donations,cooperation between schools-enterprises, social groups and etc. .In order to provide reference to the application of the modes of athletic talents'training in the future, the author analyze a the coalition mode between enterprises and colleges by introducing enterprises resources into the study by used of the framework of Social Network Theory and Social Exchange Theory,with Ping-pong team in East China University of Science and Technology, Football team in China Three Gorges University and Basketball team and Ping-pong team in Ningbo University as the three cases .The mode also called"combinging school and cooeration"mode.The author visited related leaderships and administrative staff in both enterprises and colleges using the methods of expert interviews,alaylize the reason betwennn schools-enterprises and from which the mode type, operating mechanism and existing defects and relative reasons are deducted and thus strategies for further improvement could be made. Conclusions have been achieved as followed:(1) The"combining school and corporation"mode of athletic talents'training inregular institutions of higher learning is necessary and practicable. The complementary resources in between could be freely exchanged, helping realizing a win-win objective. And motives for this mode are quite diverse, particularly for schools, as represented in putting up interactive platforms, relieving the fund shortage and promoting more employments; For enterprises, in raising corporate publicity, gaining excellent talents, meeting the necessity to blend in with the corporate culture and the target market, and even the interest of some enterprise leaders in certain sports and so on.(2) The coalition mode has been displayed in three different ways in colleges today as comprehensive, title sponsorship and resource-sharing, peculiarly applicable to each college.
