Study On The Current Situation Of Combining Culture-learning With Training Of Chinese Competitive Sports School Attached To Higher Physical Education

For a long time,our athletes' cultivation developing independent operation,separation education and physical education,become a training model.With the development of the society,the old training model can not meet the increasing demand of the times.One of the most significant indicator of the athletes' cultivation has never fully into the education system environment.The athletes' culture,relevant scientific knowledgeand moral quality were difficult to improve the overall quality.Athletes' cultivation and sports training can not achieve optimal integration.Therefore,with the social progress,the reform of elite athletes reserve talents education and training system is imperative.The establishing of the competitive sports schools affiliated to the sports and physical institutes is a good example,which have been developing for almost 30 years,and contributed much to the development of competitive sports,such schools showed great power in the socialist market economy.In this paper,we investigated the current situation of combining culture-learning with training of Chinese competitive sports school attached to higher physical education universities & institutes by literature,questionnaire survey,survey,and other research methods,the conclusions as following:The current situation of combining culture-learning with training was not optimistic.Most of the school were still confined to the surface and had not have the big breakthrough.In addition,during the process of combining culture-learning with training,the competitive sports school also confronted with a variety of problems.The establishment of cultural studies,at present there were not unified school curriculum and teaching programs,the courses tightly arounded a single stroke examination,setting up the subjects such as Chinese,Mathematics,English, Political.When talked about the choice of teaching materials,schools were using ordinary materials in whole-day schools,there were no teaching materials which aimed to the students of the competitive sports school attached to higher physical education universities & institutes,and it affected the combining culture-learning with training.There was no blance ahout the teachers.Cultural studies teachers relatively were very weak,the coaches were strong and their structure was reasonable.Every school did pay attention to the coaches' training and inputs,neither did the cultural studies teachers.At present,the fund of the competitive sports school attached to higher physical education universities & institutes was from the the national allocation primarily,which was short,and its assignment favors the movement training.When talked about the students of the competitive sports school attached to higher physical education universities & institutes,Their cultural study quality was low,the reasons of leading to this situation were that the students' motivation to learn were poor,the students too much emphasised on sports training,the students own study foundation were irregular,the teaching form was more single,the coaches participated in student learning inadequately,and after the games,the execution of system of supplementary lessons was not strength and so on.In addition,we also confronted with another problems.For example,the channels to participate in high level competitions was poor.The contradictions of culture-learningand training are still outstanding,etc.To solve such problems,this paper proposed the corresponding measures,which in order to further improve the combining culture-learning with training and provide a frame of reference to develop a real culture of high-level athletes.
