The New Perspective Of University Culture Construction

University culture is the accumulation of historical results in the process of development. It is the combination of spiritual and material achievements of school-running conception, spiritual style and regulations. It is no doubt that the function of university culture in university. In the 21st century, basing on the features, university puts forward a first-class university's goal, the university culture and thus becomes common practice in universities. However, the Chinese university cultural construction is experiencing the pain of transformation.This paper regards university cultural construction method as the research object, tries to compare corporate culture and the university culture, according to this new perspective to gaze at the problems and contradictions in university cultural construction, hoping to analyze the root of the problems, and do certain contribution for optimization and rich university culture.Paper is divided four. First of all, on the prevenient researches reviewed, and the related concepts to define, make study more targeted. Secondly, outline Chinese university cultural construction situation, and explore the university cultural construction problems from the macro and micro levels. Again, by the comparative analysis between university culture construction and enterprise culture construction, explore the university culture referencing enterprise culture content. Finally, innovate the content and establish the theory system of university cultural construction.
