In July 2001, "Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program (Trial)" was issued by the Ministry of Education, a new round of basic education curriculum reform started. According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, Zhejiang Province joined the pilot in 2006, until in 2009, the first college entrance examination under new curriculum implemented in Zhejiang Province, the comprehensive quality evaluation of student put forward in the new entrance program, and the results of the comprehensive quality evaluation of students was applied as the necessary materials for college entrance examination registration and an important basis for college admission. The author tried to apply the evaluation of the comprehensive quality evaluation to chemistry teaching on the basis of high school chemistry, and formed chemistry emotional evaluation of academic programs in high school.Introduction was the first part of this article, the emotional evaluation methods was combed in this part, the main content and methods of the emotional evaluation was combed in domestic research. The second part was an overview of high school chemistry studies emotions, defined the scope and concept of evaluation, and described the characteristics and manner of academic evaluation of chemical studies evaluation. The third part was the theory of chemical studies emotion-based research, which was an important guiding and significance of the content and methods of evaluation. There was a investigation of the status of evaluation of chemical studies in the fourth section, then from the principles, contents, standards, evaluation methods, put forward a evaluation program. In the fifth section, put the program in the teaching practice, Combined the problems and situations in the implementation process, to analyzed and summarized, finally use the before and after survey result of chemistry motional experimental studies to analysis the experiment results. The six part is a summary and outlook, summarized the experiment results pointed out the existing and much-needed solution.Through the practice of program, combined with the content of the comprehensive quality evaluation of the reform program in the College Entrance Examination assessment, in order to make the program more prefect,normative,operability,guiding and encouraging, to play the role of promoting quality education and overall development of students, and provided the basis for selecting students for colleges and universities.
