Present Research About Athletics And Healthy Lesson Teaching Condition In Yi Li Region High School Of Xinjiang

The school physical education quality is an important content of the indispensable for the school sports work. As the core of the school physical education,the school sports work is the basic way to make out the school sports teaching goal and the mission. Our basic education curriculum reform started in 1999,so far,basically complete system of the new curriculum,experiment and revised,is comprehensively implementing the system of the new curriculum to our country. Xinjiang in 2009 September began to implement the new curriculum standard.This research using the methods of documentary,questionnaire investigation,expert interview and so on,to do research in the Yili region of Xinjiang High school of the school sports and health status,sports teaching faculty,sports material conditions and the related factors affecting the system research,mainly do some conclusions:(1)The teachers in Yili region of Xinjiang High school,most graduated from the college in Xinjiang,mainly concentrated in the three big balls and track,teachers in han ethnic uighurs,mainly,and give priority to,the schools,teachers' national reasonable proportion;Teachers in young and middle-aged,female teachers have low proportion;Worked with reasonable structure,senior professional teachers are less;The level of academic research and enthusiasm is low,in-service training not to be optimistic;Teachers' knowledge and ability need to be strengthen, PE teachers' workload is big,student-staff ratio is reasonable.(2)Students learning physical education have verity of motivation, a strong interest and right attitude in the Yili region of Xinjiang High school.(3)Sports venues lack,sports funds is inadequacy,sports equipments have low success rate in the Yili region of Xinjiang High school.(4)Implications of Physical and Health Education in most schools to open normal course,only a few schools just opened a middle school Physical Education;PE teachers use their own textbooks and teaching effectiveness is less;Most teachers write teaching plans carefully;The main content of teaching with ball and track and field, arrangements for arbitary large number of teaching hours;The PE teachers still enhance student constitution and make the students master the basic knowledge of sports training technology and skills and interests and hobbies movement as the main target PE teaching;Sports teacher is still using the traditional teaching methods and organizational form,and adapt to the new curriculum standard of teaching methods and organizational form not commonly used;To adapt to the new curriculum standard evaluation content and methods adopted by sports teachers gradually,but decided to evaluate the form of students' achievement is still an absolute evaluation and summative evaluation of the main.(5) Implications of high school physical education teacher in-service training,case studies can not be optimistic, educated compliance is low, the relative backwardness of teaching philosophy;school playground equipment and a lack of sports funding is serious;school leaders attach importance to the low level;sports and health courses actual low status;that affect implications of teaching high school physical education and health major factor.(6) I put forward based on the actual situation of the development of appropriate measures: to improve teacher education levels, to encourage Teacher business studies; transforming teaching concept, the new curriculum standards to increase the intensity; development of curriculum resources, the formation of school physical characteristics; Canada Great sports funding, and improving the school physical education physical environment.
