| To strengthen and improve college students'ideological and political education and promote their all-round development is a vital and profound strategy proposed by our party and state. College students'healthy personality education is an important task of the ideological and political education in the new historical period, and a new education model for quality education and personality development, which mainly reflects on the college students'own cognitive development. College students are the motherland beams and the future hope, their thought and moral quality relate to the socialist modernization strategic target realization and the great revival of the Chinese nation. Shaping college students'healthy personality is a need of college students'physical and mental development, a guarantee to be a useful person and the responsibility for university to promote the quality education.College students'personality is taken as the logical lines in this thesis. To begin with, from personality angle, writer analyses and explains personality connotation and characteristics, and then summarizes the standards of the college students'healthy personality, including balancing own feelings, applying to adjust themselves, learning to control themselves and realizing self-development. In order to make this research combine with practice closely, the writer analyses the current situation of college students'personality by questionnaire. Statistical analysis results indicate that the current existing problems of the college student's personality development are lack of ideal and faith imbalances as well as various responsibilities, social interaction capability is not strong and psychological ability is bad and moral integrity missing five aspects of problems, which stem from the psychology and physiology, environmental and cultural factors. According to these existing problems and reasons analysis reflected by statistical results, the writer puts forward several approaches of ideological and political education which are self-education, practice education, environment education as well as psychological consultation education to further shape college students'healthy personality. Self-education can develop college students'ability to self-education, practice education can further rich college students'social practice exercises, using environment education can give play to recessive education role, psychological consultation education can widen psychological adjustment channel. The research will provide the operational and learning methods for shaping college students'personality for the moral education in colleges and universities, which plays a positive role in shaping college students'healthy personality. |
