Value orientation of curriculum design is the fundamentally meaningful problem in the curriculum study. It is to solve values problems that the curriculum designers hold in curriculum design and it is the spirit of curriculum design link. Society transformation in our country makes people's concepts of value and thinking means crash and shock, and also has people think more about the curriculum differently. Under the society background, the fundamental education curriculum reform outlines and so on is published and reflect the designers'thinking about various relationships. It also reflects the opinion that the designer holds when dealing with different values. It is worth for us to think and study whether the thinking result can reflect the request of times and whether dealing with all kinds of relationship is reasonable.The research includes three parts. In the first part, the author firstly makes a carding about the study of curriculum design and value orientation, and limit the research scope of curriculum design within curriculum goal, curriculum contents and has knowledge, learners and society as the three main value orientation of curriculum design. The author points out that the shortcomings of putting much more importance on the subject knowledge and society orientation and lack of humanistic spirit and exploring different student proficiency. Aiming at the shortages, the author points out that designers should focus more on the people's value integrate different value orientation and put more importance on Multiple Intelligences theory. Secondly, the author makes definition about curriculum design and value orientation of curriculum design. Last, the paper points out that humanism curriculum opinion focuses on the individual, supports the idea of integrating and suit. The second part takes the realistic research, having the curriculum policy and textbook as version. It thinks that different stages hold a different consensus opinion about the learners status. On the one hand, the research thinks that society orientation in curriculum policy still takes the essential status, puts the important on the learners and the important on the knowledge orientation. On the other hand, the research takes the subject as an example and points out that focusing on learners takes the first in the curriculum contents of the textbook and put less importance on the society orientation. But on the base of analyzing, curriculum contents in the textbook research finds that it is a different consensus with the learner orientation in curriculum goals and makes agreement with the curriculum policy. The proportion of society orientation still takes a lot and means of reflecting is more latent. But the design for the learner orientation far exceeds their ability and can't achieve the desired use. The third part starts from the ideal and raises the hope of curriculum design value orientation in the ideal condition. That is to say, it really takes the students'development as the core of curriculum design value orientation and can seek common ground while reserving differences when dealing with different curriculum design value orientation. And can learn from each other's strong points and make up our deficiencies and gives play to strong points of integration.
