Along with the development of educational information, multimedia teaching technology in education application has been into widespread use, this has changed the traditional teaching and learning method to a great extent, multimedia technology not only to facilitate teaching, but also have a lot of interference. In this paper, we will base on the mode of transmission of multimedia teaching, studied the interference of multimedia teaching and responses.In the first chapter, the author takes along a brief elaboration of the research background, the status quo, content and methods.In the second chapter, the author elaborate the difference between traditional teaching and multimedia teaching, then analyze the produce of interference ,the composition and characteristics of interference.In the third chapter, In order to better understand the interference of multimedia teaching, the author conduct a literature search, and choose Huazhong University of Science and Technology as the research object, then through questionnaire survey research methods, in the end, summed up problems that exist in multimedia teaching.In the forth chapter, the author from the education, communication, psychology point of view to analyze the interference of multimedia teaching, then point out that the whole process of multi-media teaching exist interference.In the fifth chapter, we based on the mode of transmission of multimedia teaching, respectively analyze the interference of the source,the educational information, the letter places, and the environment. In the end, analyze the interference that made by them in the multimedia teaching.The sixth chapter, there exist interference in the whole process of multi-media teaching, how to overcome these interference, how to minimize the extent of the interference, in this paper, we will put forward countermeasures for various stages in the process of multi-media teaching. In the end, the author has carried on the summary to this thesis, and after confirming the contributions, pointed out the deficiency of this thesis, and also has indicated the direction to the following research of this thesis.
