Research On Development Situation,Problem And Strategy Of Preschool Education In Huang Zhong Qing Hai

The Thesis is about situation,problem and strategy research of preschool education in Huang Zhong County Qing Hai Province. The Study is based on follow theories:"Bronfenbrenner Biological Ecology"﹑"Tao Xingzhi","Life Education Theory"and"Multi-cultural Integration Education Theory".The Study emphasize the combination of quantitative and qualitative research using questionnaire,interview and observation research methods. The present situation is appeared from three aspects: the county's preschool education development process,the present basic status and sample kindergarten's basic status. Situation analysis and countermeasure research mainly from four dimensions: the value orientation, structure quality, process quality and family relations.By study found the main problems as follows: Early childhood education in short supply, the contradiction between supply and demand is obviously, and kindergarten's facilities and education quality is seriously low. Lack of funds is a reality problem, but in their mind"sit"﹑"wait"and just"rely on"deep-rooted, lack awareness of applying and using low-cost materials and resources around them. More fundamental question is lack of sufficient awareness of the early childhood education's importance overall.The Thesis attribute the problem to the following four aspects: First, the importance of early childhood education is underestimated and the development of atmosphere is weak; the government's management level is low; Third kindergarten teachers'status is face challenge; Fourth, parents have some cognitive mistakes on early childhood education.In response to these problems I suggest: First increase accountability and strengthen macroeconomic management of government. Second urging people to participate early childhood education and using all available resources to develop preschool education to provide education to more children. And last improve service quality progressively to provide child more high-quality education.Through appeared and analyze the development of early childhood education in Huang zhong County, the aim is provide reference recommendations to the local government. In addition, hope readers care and support the area's early childhood education.
