One of the profitable target of the middle school mathematics teaching is to the church students'study, make the students have a good command of basic knowledge, from a kind of basic skill and develop students'intelligence and potentiality in order to lay the foundation of their learning and work after graduation. One of the main content of high school math is function, which links with other knowledge. Function is the skeleton that constitutes a high school mathematics content knowledge network ,which can radiate to the series, trigonometry, complex numbers, geometry and other branches of mathematics, the formation of a main line of high school .Therefore we should utilize the transfer theory in mathematics teaching, union discipline characteristic, molds student's good cognition structure, promotes the student to the knowledge positive transfer ,enhances the teaching effect.On the basis of research of literature, analysis of the characteristics of the transfer theory and connotation of transfer theory. Through the investigation and research, teaching and learning's situation of function mainly embodies in four aspects:(1) relatively,function is abstraction.(2) differences and relations of function between Junior high school and senior high school.(3)to improve students' learning methods.(4) to improve teachers' teaching methods. Accordingly, the author is proposed the influence factors of transfer function, promote the teaching function of migration some conditions on this basis.Analysis instructional design of function in senior middle school based on transfer theory and teaching cases, the following conclusions: (1) features of instructional design of function based on transfer theory: to promote students' learning, planning resources for students, with the method of system for guidance.(2) principle of instructional design of function based on transfer theory.(3) instructional design of function based on transfer theory and operating essentials, according to the concept and solve problems , puts forward different type of teaching.On the basis of research of literature, questionnaire method on transfer theory in senior middle school, for a specific function in teaching, teaching design provides comprehensive system function. Teachers should comprehensive and profound to understanding and mastering for transfer theory, according to the characteristics of learners, teaching objectives, teaching intention, formulate the teaching process, improve teaching ability based on learning and reflection of transfer theory unceasingly.
