College teachers as a particular social group has been widespread concerned by all sectors of society, at present, there is a lot of research on college teachers, while the psychological perception of this group is lack of specialized research, especially the justice perception. In this paper, use the literature research and empirical research methods, from the perspective of college's Compensation System to study its influences on teacher's justice perception, in order to provide a reference for college top management to improve the college's compensation system, and raise a justice perception of college teachers.In this study, beginning from the justice theory research, college teacher's justice perception research, colleges compensation research.Based on this three-pronged research. The relevant theory was systematic been collected and combed. Above was seted up theoretical foundation of research, but also after look through the existing research, pointed out the shortcomings of current research and necessary of further research. From the literature review, we study college tearcher's character based on the professional perspective and the psychological characteristics. In these bedding above, we have theoretically discussed the influence on university teachers caused from the compensation management of colleges and to propose the hypothesis of this article. In Chapter IV, Chapter V, the assumptions of the theory used empirical research methods, through the issuance of University Human Resources Management survey to investigate the previous assumptions. The empirical research findings of the study suggest that the current university teacher's justice perceive level is not very high, all aspects of compensation system have a significant impact on fairness perceptions of teachers in colleges and universities in all four dimensions, and most of the theoretical assumptions of this study have also been confirmed by empirical data.On the basis of empirical research, we propose proposals to improve the compensation system of colleges to raise justice perception of teachers, in order to contribute to the management of college teachers and improvement of college teacher's justice perception.
