Non-Profit Organization (NPO) has being under a vigorous development along with the time advance. As one kind of effective organization management tools, performance appraisal can be used in the management of Non-Profit Organization. How to introduce the performance appraisal into the NPO's management has become a reseachful topic which is worth paying attention to. For the quick-developing non-profit organizations, establishing scientific, standard and complete staff performance management system is the key to assure the organization to have healthy and sustainable development.Supported by motivation system&performance coaching and based on work analysis, this article redesigns ZS organization's staff performance management system by using the guidance of objective management, tool of performance appraisal and staff performance management theory. First of all, it investigates the current situation of staff performance management of this organization by interview and questionnaire, finds out the problems of existing staff performance management and analyses the specific reasons. Then it analysis the resolution to the deficiency of the organization. Subsequently, it improved performance management system in four areas of the ZS Fund such as the implementation of performance, performance evaluation, performance feedback and performance incentives. This paper focuses on the choice of performance indicators and performance indicators for the calculation of the weight of ZS Fund. Meanwhile, it Combines with the actual detailed design of the organization's employee performance plan. The paper also features the Foundation for the improvement of communication between ZS Fund performance feedback process and give incentives for the Organization's performance of specific measures. Based on the reseach of ZS fund's employee performance management and combined with the specific national conditions and the features of the fund, this paper summarizes the characteristics of the performance management of employee. It also give some suggestions on how to perfect the performance management of emplyee in the Fund organization.
