Survey And Analysis On The Role Of Sports In Changji Rural Schools For New Rural Construction In Xinjiang

China is the large agriculture country consisting of 70 percent farmers, but the rural economy, culture, sports and other social developments have lagged behind the city. With the step-by-step implement of New Rural Construction, the Changji state comes to a new period of developing rural schools. The rural schools grasp this opportunity to improve themselves; meanwhile, they can better serve the rural people (including students and other rural groups) to carry out physical exercise. In a word, the rural sports plays a vital role to promote and develop the rural sports.Based on the methodology of literature review, observation, interview, questionnaires, mathematical statistics, etc. the paper has investigated the common primary and middle school students, physical teachers, and it devotes to promote the local physical development in terms of the role of rural school sports for New Rural Construction.The paper makes a survey on the current situation of Changji rural sports, makes a comparison of rural sports services, analyzes the causing elements and proposes the strongpoint to construct the rural schools as the centers for local physical activities. The conclusions are being listed here: firstly, the Changji rural sports is in accordance with country standard, and to a certain degree it can meet the local needs.
