When it comes to 21st century, Environmental problem has become a hot issue focused by the whole world. With worsen human living conditions and the developing environmental protects career, environmental moral education is mentioned, and being valued gradually, becomes a new and developing education filed. The draught and close physiognomy characteristic of Xinjiang determined the fragile ecology environmental, if it is destroyed, then very hard to recover, and some even can not be returned the same as before. Therefore, Xinjiang should choose the way for harmonious development of human being and nature. This not only needs the support from technology, law and politics, but also require the restriction of ethic moral, and expand the environmental moral education widely in Xinjiang. Xinjiang colleges and universities are the main training places for high level ability people. It is necessary for universities to afford the responsibility for the popularization of environmental moral education. Do their best to training the environmental moral education awareness to university students. Let university students set up civilized & advanced nature view, developing view, consumption view and form a well environmental moral quality.This thesis mainly discusses the Xinjiang environmental moral education issue from four aspects.
