With end of the second phase of curriculum reform pilot in Shanghai, all secondary schools of the city in full swing, the new curriculum philosophy requires that everything should be oriented to the development of students, requiring changes in teaching and learning methods, then a new teaching and learning methods was born‐ interactive teaching and learning methods.This paper described the interaction between teachers and students, research both from the problems and tasks.Analysis based record of classroom indicated that in the questions interaction the teacher shoud have a specific issues and layered question design,the problem in addition to the basic memorizing type,the greater should be the reasoning and creative problem,so as to stimulate students interest and passion to improve the efficiency of learning; In the interaction of student questions,regardless of whether the right questions of students,teacher should first be given to actively encourage and support,while guiding students to correctly express the problem, increased the enthusiasm of the students participating in learning; In task‐oriented student interaction, students carrying out the task in front of clear objectives, develop plans, and has knowledge of the bedding, the tasks in the task division and task allocation, and after the completion of the final evaluation will be summarized Determine the ultimate effectiveness of teaching. Secondly, through the teaching practice of interaction between students and the students,I found that group learning is an effective form. The number of students of one group,learning bassis,learning ability and the rational allocation of handling the guidance of teachers and students to explore, the amount of teaching content and group learning time, group activities and the effectiveness of learning,can improve student learning Efficiency, and promote the effectiveness of teaching. Finally,The need to consider aspects is courseware, A good interactive multimedia courseware can not only help students effectively memory, but also better enable students to interact with the courseware in the understanding of Master the laws of physics in the dynamic process, so students have a more profound understanding of learning content, images, and ultimately achieve flexible application purposes.Interactive teaching reflect the teaching philosophy of "the development of all students" , whether with teachers, classmates or the courseware,students are taking place on the dominant position.
