With the increasing requirements for intermediate and advanced skilled workers, more and more attention is being paid to vocational education in today's China. However, societies are still being bothered by the existing unsatisfactory vocational education and the reasons are as follows: generally speaking, vocational school students, the bottom ones from the entrance examination for senior middle school, don't enjoy a good academic record, especially in mathematics, resulting from their poor interests in such a subject. Therefore, it is urgent to reform the traditional teaching method in vocational school.Through investigating vocational school students'mathematics learning, and holding student seminars, and communicating between teachers, the author puts forward teaching strategies suitable for women colleges, based on the characteristics of vocational education and mathematics teaching practice, in order to improve teaching quality.Based on the students questionnaire on students'math learning basis, study habits, learning motivation, learning environment, academic views about the scores and completion of homework, the author knows the students better, analyzes the situation and found the problems, which serves as a reference to teaching reforms.According to the analysis of the students and learning, the author makes teaching reforms in such aspects. Firstly, stimulate students'interest in mathematics learning. Secondly, implement love teaching. Thirdly, improve teaching methods and provide more guidance on learning. Fourthly, focus on the learning process and improve learning effect. Fifthly, carry out various forms of learning.Through the implementation of the series teaching strategies, some active results are achieved, such as the students'learning attitude is improved, the relations between teachers and students are becoming more harmonious, and academic performance of students has improved significantly.
