Research On Interactive And Coordinated Development Between Tourism Education And Tourism Industry Of Hubei

The tourism education provides an intellectual guarantee for the tourism industry and the tourism industry plays a guiding role of the tourism education. Growing out of nothing, the tourism industry in Hubei province is from small to large and gradually becoming more mature, standardization and scale. And the development and growth of the tourism industry can not do without the support of tourism talents. The tourism education has developed with the development of the tourism industry, and made a positive contribution for providing a large number of talents for the tourism industry and promoting the development of tourism industry in Hubei. As a new economic growth point, the tourism industry has been established as a "sunrise industry" and "pillar industry". As training activities of tourism talents, the tourism education has received more and more attention and is being referred to strategic position increasingly. However, in the process of constructing a strong tourism economy, the mismatch between the tourism education and the tourism industry in Hubei has become increasingly evident. The mismatches are shown in details as inordinate system between tourism education and tourism industry, unreasonable talent structure, low quality, lack of communication between tourism enterprises and tourism institutions, no industry, academia, research combined mechanism, tourism training lags behind requirement of the tourism industry and etc. Against this background, this thesis attempts to study the coordinated development between the tourism education and the tourism industry in Hubei, and then put forward the solutions about this problem, for providing a guidance of the development of the tourism education and a reference of the rapid development of tourism industry in Hubei province.This thesis is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the research method and significance, and simply summarizes of the present research at home and abroad. The second part not only defines some basic issues about tourism education and tourism industry but also discusses the coordinated and interactive relation between tourism education and tourism industry. On the basis of collecting a large of statistical data and survey analysis, the third part carefully and objectively analyses the status of the tourism industry and tourism education in Hubei province, laying a foundation for putting forward and solving some problems at following chapters. The fourth part makes a profound analysis of contradiction between tourism education and tourism industries in Hubei. The fifth part proposes solutions in the view of the contradictions. The sixth part summarizes the core of this thesis, innovations and shortcomings.
