Benevolence is achieved through the practice of etiquette, which is the essence of love. He who wants to be understood also seeks to reach others. "Benevolence" is a learner's pursuit in his life. Loving and respecting others reflect the benevolence of human's progress. It's the fundamental value of benevolence. Practical of Etiquette inhibits the humanitarian principles of loving. We must strive to tap the progress of "benevolence" and negative factors:learning its progressive elements and inhibit the generation of negative factors.Second, the Loyalty, integrity and benefits, from the following gradations:"taken advantage with the proper ways", "thought righteousness while got benefit", "the loyalty and integrity". Confucius was not against the people pursuing benefits, but justice on the basis of taking advantage in proper ways.Third, it's about the teaching and learning. Two aspects, "educating" and "learning", are interpreted. Confucius was a great educator. He educated all kinds of followers and realized the importance of the individuality, eliciting education and proposing fine method of thoughts and learning, with making great efforts to knowledge and rigorous attitude.Fourth, it talks about teachers and students. "The teachers' comments "and "teacher-students' friendships " are two aspects of interpretation. In his students' hearts, Confucius is a "saint". But Confucius himself said that he was an ordinary person. He was just making continually pursuing benevolence and excellence, devoting all his loving to his students.
