To follow the world trend of educational development, to improve the quality of undergraduate education in universities and to develop innovative and research talent, colleges and universities gradually carry out research teaching. Under the guidance of my tutor, I had the honor to participate in the reform of teaching and learning of introduction of Educational Technology. Research teaching is the new direction of the current teaching. It is a teaching philosophy, but also a teaching mode, or a teaching method. It is a complete, harmonious and unified teaching which is the combination of teacher research teaching and student research study. And it is the combination of practice of classroom teaching and extra-curricular, and teaching materials are mainly, extensive reading is auxiliary. And it is the combination of teacher guides and student self-learning, individual learning and cooperative learning groups.According to the characteristics of Introduction of Educational Technology, I surveyed Educational Technology freshman in 2009 and 2010. I comprehensively and systematically analysis and design the courses by document analysis, questionnaire, case analysis and mathematical modeling, and constantly modify and improve in practice.Traditional course evaluation emphasizes on summative assessment and ignore formative assessment. It emphasizes on learning outcomes and ignores learning process, attitude, learning methods. Evaluation of research teaching changes the traditional way of closed book exam, and it emphasizes on learning process. Attendance, class participation, reading notes, task, exploring issue, team spirit and other materials are the basis of evaluation of students. Therefore,â… employ portfolio to evaluate student learning process, and construct evaluation index system and mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and then scientifically evaluate learning process.
