Foreign Students Education of China and Japan has been the focus of attention of academic research and the main reason is to recruit overseas students in China in recent years the size and quality has greatly improved, while the development of foreign students in Japan education level, there are a lot of valuable experience, especially in the policy have much to learn from the place. In this study, based on foreign students in China and Japan comparative education policy analysis, summary reviews the existence of two students on a variety of educational policy the same similarities and differences, and focus on the differences between the two countries for foreign students education policy compared.This paper studies pointed out that China and Japan the development of foreign students because of their different background and other factors, resulting in policy between the two countries are very different point, and in the scholarship system for foreign students, students of quality management system, supporting students different aspects of service policy. Causes of these different social background in China and Japan and economic development are closely linked. Furthermore, the author of the policy differences between the two countries discussed measures to improve education of Chinese students.
