Career Development Needs Of Community Youth And Vocational Training Policy Responses

Occupation is the only way people socialized. The youth in the community development needs, career development has always been at the core. The vocational training is one of the important factors of career development. Community youth groups because of its specificity, in the process of career development requires a certain degree, the upgrading of skills and ideas, behavior change, through a comprehensive vocational training to enhance their competitiveness in human capital and employment, is an important way for community youth groups get a job,also lead to long-term unemployed young people to solve community unrest lies.
