Research On The Development Path Of Colleges & Universities Scientific Research Teams

Scientific research team is the basic organization unit in colleges & universities scientific research system, and stable development of the basic organizations maintains the whole system round smoothly. In this paper, the problems that constrain the development of college scientific research teams were based on a combing and analysis on the problems via team development theory and ecological system theory, with literature research method, systems analysis method and interdisciplinary research method. In order to solve these problems, the external interfere of teams was made from the organizational structure, human resources development, and scientific research environment, and internal adjustment of teams was also done from building a clear team target, mutual trust and communication among members, competition and coordination mechanism, team spirit to enhance team's cooperation and competitiveness strength, and pointing out that the combined effect of internal and external regulation can enhance the effectiveness of scientific research teams. And then, the using of ecotypic colleges & universities scientific research evaluation index system was suggested to make a team effectiveness estimation which acts as a feedback control and adjustment role to further improve the team performance. All of these ways are contributed to the formation of the systematization circulation development path of the college scientific research teams.
