In Big Science Times, means of Knowledge Fusion, crossing and shared channels areadvancing, which also puts time demands for knowledge processing organizations.Universities, as the cradle of knowledge, also bred with the better research organization form, scientific research team is just the main of organization for university research. Scientificresearch team has many advantages, such as strong organizational flexibility, abundantresources, developed team capability, those can greatly contribute to the generation ofscientific research innovation. However, disadvantages of scientific research team revealwhile developing. University scientific research teams generally have several commonproblems:(1) being a team just because wanting to be but not a real team in the project;(2)Large team splitting: Large groups are split into smaller groups, and there are lesscommunication between teams;(3) Seemingly harmonious cooperation: cooperation stays onthe surface, and is difficult to carry out substantive cooperation. This article does not attempt to reveal the external factors causing problems of scientificresearch teams, but tries to dig internal factors from the team level. Organizational behavior, management science and other disciplines provide a theoretical support for this article, fromwhich this article extracts the main factors affecting the cooperation level of overall team:Heterogeneity, the complexity of the organizational structure, complete and balanced role, andteam conflict. Besides, this paper also uses social network to analyze team cooperativesituation, through questionnaires, the paper gets following main conclusions:(1) Large-scale groups (25people or more) are inferior to small team (10people) incooperative network density, the intensity of cooperation and cohesion; groups founded inshort time have strongest team cohesion; and the more the teachers in teams the weaker theteam cohesion.(2) Gender and age heterogeneity does not adversely affect cooperation, on the contrary, has apositive effect on the cooperative network and the cooperation cohesion; task-orientedheterogeneity has negative effect on cooperation, indicating that university research team didnot achieve cooperation in essence;(3) The levels and Divided small groups in large-scale teams are generally above normallevels, leading the team organizational structure more complex and resulting higher costs ofcommunication and coordination;(4) Integrate and balanced team roles are proven to have significant positive effects on thenetwork density and the intensity of cooperation, we cannot ignore the importance of team potential roles.(5) Research team conflict has played a negative role on university research cooperation, thenegative effects of the program conflict is more significant, thankfully, the conflict inuniversity research team is not very strong, it has a certain relationship with the high qualityof the members in team.
