| Dragon boat is one of the traditional sports in China,which contains the essence of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.The introduction of dragon boat into colleges and universities can not only enhance students’ sports skills,but also promote the comprehensive development of College Students’ quality,which is a powerful way for colleges and Universities to inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of China.In recent years,with the rapid development of Dragon Boat Sports in Colleges and universities,the Dragon Boat Team in Colleges and universities has been growing.In large-scale events such as the Chinese dragon boat race,the Dragon Boat Team in Colleges and universities has made outstanding achievements.In2014,the first university Dragon Boat open competition was held in Anhui Province.Since then,the number of universities that set up dragon boat teams in Anhui Province has increased year by year,and the team has been growing.However,the total number of University dragon boat teams in Anhui Province is relatively low,the team is generally built late,and the overall level is not high.There are still some gaps between the excellent university dragon boat teams in Anhui Province and other provinces.In order to promote the construction and development of the Dragon Boat Team in Anhui Province and improve the competitiveness of the Dragon Boat Team in Colleges and universities in Anhui Province,this paper takes Sixteen dragon boat teams in Colleges and universities in Anhui Province as the research object,and uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation,data statistics and logical analysis to investigate and analyze the current situation of the construction of the Dragon Boat Team in Colleges and universities in Anhui Province: leaders attach importance to the team and win awards The results show that: the dragon boat team is lack of funds and single source;the training venues and equipment are lack;the professional level of coaches needs to be improved;the mobility of team members is large,the contradiction between learning and training is prominent,and the reserve talents are insufficient;the training efficiency is not high,the number of entries is less,and the level of entries is not high.In view of the current situation of the development of dragon boat teams in Colleges and universities in Anhui Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions:strengthen the attention of leaders,increase incentives,encourage and support more colleges and universities to set up dragon boat teams;expand financial channels,seek cooperation outside the school,solve the problem of insufficient funds;make use of the advantages of water resources in Anhui Province,equip with safe and standardized venues and equipment;increase training opportunities for Dragon Boat coaches,and improve their training quality In order to improve the quality of the dragon boat team,it is necessary to set up and improve the training subsidies for coaches and athletes,give full play to the advantages of scientific research,scientific selection and training,and improve the training effect of the team,give full play to the leading role of the Dragon Boat Association in Colleges and universities,increase the Dragon Boat events in the province,improve the level of the events,and build a highlevel dragon boat team. |
