| Implementation of adaptive education for freshmen is an important guarantee for best ideological and political education, and it's the result of social development about ideological and political education. After several years' development, the university freshmen education has gained increasing concentration from the theorists and College, and achieved some results, but there are some problems, mainly in:on the one hand, theorists did not give a unified connotation of college freshmen education, and scholars have only focused on the phenomenon of university students not suited to the research, academic and political education from the ideological point of view adaptive education of freshmen study is not enough. On the other hand, university education for university freshmen is not known well, education activities seems too formal and can not work effectively.This article starts from the ideological and political education, makes a comprehensive explanation for the posing of adaptive education for freshmen in university, the connotation of adaptive education for freshmen in university and how to properly place it.Then it summarizes the main problems existing in the process of adaptive education for freshmen in university, and further analyzes the reason how they are arisen.Finally, in order to offer some relevant suggestion, this article expounds my own idea of how to practice adaptive education for freshmen in university. It consists of the following three parts:Part I:This part of the article stands at the sight of the ideological and political education, discusses how problems of adaptive education for freshmen in university emerge and its main content, definition of adaptive education for freshmen in university, and how to properly place it in ideological and political education area, which is the logical base of whole text.Part II:This part contains analysis of main problems and reasons of adaptive education for freshmen in university from the sight of ideological and political education, which is discussed from the following four aspects. The first one is the adaptive education for freshmen in university is not put into practice, the second one is this kind of education can not work as a good system, the third one is that education method seems too drab, the last one is each part of education are not put together to get best effect. In addition, this article discusses the reason for problems of adaptive education for freshmen in university from these aspects, ranging from inadequate reorganization of this education, too little practice to lack of safeguard system.Part III:This part is the base and the most important one of this article. According to problems referred, it gives several suggestions, such as strengthen the understanding of adaptive education for freshmen in university's great influence, strictly sticking to principles of practice, making content of education work as a complete system, searching for effective methods, establishing perfect safeguard system and so on, which is for study in the future. |
