The Countermeasures Study Of The Coach Professionalization Of The Communist YOung Pioneer In Social Transition

The main feature of human transitional society is the enhancing level of the informationalization, economic globalization and cultural pluralism features. In this context, the children's education is facing many new problems. How to use advanced information technology, international exchange and cooperation, and the great wealth with market economy, to let children make right choice and judgment, set up the correct values, and have the ability to acquire information and utilize information in various cultural background, is not only an important problem in the new education period but also a new challenge for children's education. As close friends and directors for children, the coach of the communist young pioneer should organize various education activities for young pioneers, play an important role in young children's growth and should be the important power in current children's education. By interview of headmasters and teachers in some primary schools of Shanghai, this study summarizes the current problems existing in the young pioneers work and analyzes the reasons. And through the illustration and analysis of teacher professional standards and requirements, this paper puts forward the advice of related countermeasures for professionalization of the communist young pioneer coach, aiming to enhance their professional level and promote their specialized construction.
