Research On The Model Of Modern Apprenticeship In Higher Vocational Education

The paper finds the number of study on the Modern Apprentice Model is not so big through literature and interview surveys. But the model is superior to other talents'training model because it can improve vocational student's technical level and comprehensive quality.Therefore, based on the fact that our higher vocational education urgently needs to improve the quality of talents and study other countries'Modern Apprentice Model, like Germany, Australia, England, and Switzerland, the paper tries to build a model which is suitable to china's higher vocational development and draw the briefly frame-chart. The model based on the support of the government, the school and companies makes education and labor system combine together. Students can receive higher vocational education in school and learn skills and experience from their enterprises in the companies. They can get degrees authentication, professional qualification and training appraisal, three kinds of certificates and become professional talents which have necessary theoretical knowledge and strong practice ability of high quality. So the model can solve the problem that exist in other models such as low student employment rate, low standard of comprehensive quality and low degree of the school-enterprise cooperation etc. At the same time, the model benefits for more bodies and enhance fast development.Although the model is build on the Tacit Knowledge Theory, New Professional Ideology and Benefiting Theory, the practice operation still need to improve enterprise's approval and cooperation, and the enthusiasm of companies and the further pilot demonstration on the majors that the model may work. In addition, the government policies, law rulings and industrial association will assist for this mode going smoothly into operation.
