Based on the condition of income and affected by the culture, home care is the first selection by the most older adults. Therefore, this study selected the older adults who stay at home and need others to take care of them. We use the method of interviews to collect the data of the quality of life about them. By the means of this method, we get the data of the condition of these older adults` quality of life. The older adults who stay at home and need others to take care of them are the group who have illness or are disabled so they need others to help them to do something, such as cooking, washing clothes, or doing something outside. Findings in this study:1.Home care for the elderly by awareness of the quality of life including the economy, family relations, health care, recreational activities and living environment.2.Home care for the elderly by a measure of subjective quality of life with other people a measure of subjective quality of life there are different. Of home care for older persons by measuring the subjective quality of life, you can not directly use the existing subjective quality of life measurement scales. Home care for the elderly by measuring the quality of life questionnaire design can be considered from the health, medical, family and child relationship, cultural and recreational activities designed these dimensions.3.The old life quality problem can be examined from objective perspective and also from subjective perspective. However, by objective index reflects the final conclusion, out of elderly people often can't really reflect subjective feeling directly. In some cases, that is to say, a good living condition does not necessarily result in the evaluation of quality of life, and living conditions of high poor old man instead of the quality of life in evaluation is better. Accordingly, it is necessary to explore the reasons for this kind of deviation which is found in this study. This essay through studies home to his own life by the quality of care for the elderly, and the satisfaction of comparison with objective evaluation, and then analyzes the subjective and objective evaluation differences caused the influencing factors.Through the research by that occupy the home care for the older adults` quality of life, working ideas and methods of government departments, community and NGO for the relevant departments, formulate scheme of classification bring new content. Home-care for the older adults has income sources by poverty, single, ability of condition etc realistic situation. If it can say they also only stay in maintaining a basic standard of living level, high level from the requirements of the quality of life also has the very big disparity. From the care of the elderly to occupy the quality of life in study, can seek, under the condition of limited resources by all kinds of endowment of the integration of resources and complementarity, utmost ground to improve its quality of life. China is entering a period of rapid growth, to increase the quality of life of the older adults is urgent. To improve their quality of life to constructing the harmonious society is also to have the important meaning.
