The Research Of Adult Education Reform From Humanistic Perspective

The core of education problem is human development. The education regarding life growing should be based on deep understanding of humanity and education needs. The human-based ideology, as a basic value orientation, indicates the development of education in our country. The humanistic education means that education should take the development of specific individual as first, and pursue man's all-round development. It requires to highlight human subjectivity and initiative, understand theirs realistic needs of survival and development, and call on the concern of human.Under the guidance of humanistic concept, adult should be put in the central status of adult education. Aiming at "humanistic crisis" appears in adult education, this research analyses and reviews into development and reform of adult education from humanistic perspective.The first part is theoretical investigation: historical retrospection and modern interpretation of humanistic ideas. The essay searches for humanism theory in the history and profoundly explains the basic connotation of the modern humanism education.The second part is reality investigation: reading "humanistic crisis" in adult education practice. This part analyzes the loss humanism in current adult education, mainly from adult education orientation, course construction, teaching practice, and so on. This part clarifies the core idea of humanistic adult education, and puts forward the principle of equality, subjectivity and adaptation in adult education construction. On this basis, this section outlines the wonderful future of humanistic adult education.
