Education reform is the basic motive power of the education development. The core question about education reform is the course reform. As the important support system, problems about curriculum resources exploitation have gained more and more attention. However, researches in this field are primary, what are worse, researches on outdoor exercises curriculum resources exploitation are extremely rare. Based on current phenomena, this thesis explores into the basic theory and methods about outdoor exercises curriculum resources exploitation at the theoretical and practical levels, by using literature material method, interviews, and questionnaires. The thesis makes a general introduction about the concept and the relevant theories about outdoor exercises curriculum resources exploitation. Meanwhile, the thesis also discusses the guiding ideology about outdoor exercises curriculum resources exploitation and analyses the range, subject, method and procedure of the outdoor exercises curriculum resources exploitationBy observing the whole thesis, we can make conclusions as follows:First, outdoor exercises curriculum resources exploitation is a part of the ingredient course resource. It refers to the resources of all the factors that make up the outdoor exercises curriculum resources exploitation, which has the characteristics of professional, experiential, diversity special and so on.Second, outdoor exercises curriculum resources exploitation aims at promoting the physical and mental development of the students, enriching the sports course system, emphasizing the characteristics of the sports courses and so on. The principles that outdoor exercises curriculum resources exploitation must obey are: fitness principle, safety principle, combination of exploitation and utilization principle.Third, the range of outdoor exercises curriculum resources exploitation mainly includes the theoretical, experiential, and program resources of outdoor exercises.Fourth, sports scholars, sports teachers and students take part into the outdoor exercises curriculum resources exploitation, and they form into three different levels of outdoor exercises curriculum resources exploitation.Fifth, the methods to exploit outdoor exercises curriculum resources are screening method; transform method, integration method, which differs from each other in connotation, characteristics, range and the concrete steps. And they also have different effects on the results of outdoor exercises curriculum resources exploitation. Sixth, the steps about outdoor exercises curriculum resources exploitation can be divided into the beginning, implementing, and concluding. The three steps are relative and interactional. And the whole process of outdoor exercises curriculum resources exploitation is a dynamic process of continuously circulating, developing and updating.Seventh, Lanzhou University of Technology relatively succeeds in exploiting the outdoor survival training. And to some extent, it has the significance of guiding and learning for the other outdoor exercises curriculum resources exploitation in Gansu Province.
