Today, more and more domestic and foreign scholars have started to pay attention to learning problems. Foreign researches for the study of study engagement have become increasingly mature. Since 2000, more and more domestic scholars begin to focus on research in this field. This study focuses on the internal influencing factors of study engagement with quantitative research methods, which has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper starts from the "National Survey of Graduate Experience" (NSGE), make a preliminary analysis of the questionnaire, including reliability and validity, factor analysis, and a description of the basic statistical analysis and variance analysis on graduate study engagement in China. Then I assume regression equation between the four factors and study engagement, and finally using structural equation model to place influence factors into a theoretical model to explore the interaction between them. The main conclusions include the following points:First, the overall level of graduate study engagement is not too high, in the middle and upper levels. Study engagement on male and female students has little difference. However, graduate students of different subjects have much difference on study engagement, of which the graduate major in medical have the highest level of study engagement. Second, the internal motivation to learn, learning attitude, learning environment, learning satisfaction have a significant influence on study engagement. Third, the order of influence factors is learning environment, learning attitude, learning satisfaction, internal motivation. Fourth, in the relationship among the study engagement and the four factors, internal motivation affects learning attitude and learning satisfaction. Learning environment affects learning attitude and learning satisfaction. Learning attitude affects learning satisfaction.
