Since the late 20th century, the teachers'professional development has become an education policy of many countries. But until now, the teachers' professional development still cannot obtain satisfactory results, and hasn't achieved ideal requirements. The reason lies in the process of teachers' professional development. From the beginning we only pay attention to teachers' specialization concepts, contents of planning, and development technology.Attention was just paid to the significance of the development to students, schools and the society but not to the teachers themselves. Always passive, scientific ways are used to cultivate the teachers' professional development and the result is that teachers' professional development effect cannot be achieved. Therefore, paying attention to the teachers'meaning of life in the professional development becomes a way to improve teachers' professional development.Taking Husserl's phenomenology as a base, the life world theory is reviewed, and on this basis, the thesis reveals the being way of the teachers with repeating, being functionalized, and being stressed under the environment. And the author thinks the education specialization development theory is a kind of "external environment pressing" means. In order to get better effect for teachers' professional development, we must pay attention to teachers "inside motive" at the same time, i.e., teachers' professional growth.Based on this, it further points out that teachers'professional development should return to life world, and it also embodies the people-oriented philosophies, and seeks the meaning to teachers themselves in the teachers'professional growth. It shows people the path to the salvation by teachers themselves.
