Social problems of unemployed youth have been perplexed us for a long time. It is paid wide attention how to provide them with the help of effective measures by educational circles. For receiving continued jobless youth, how to stimulate their learning motivation, improve learning motivation, promote the effect of their learning has more theory value and practical significance.This thesis based on an investigation about a special group of the unemployed youth. By means of analyzing their learning motivation, we can put forward tactics rightly with the theory of stimulating learning motivation in order to enhance their study effect. Thereby it can not only lay foundation for their career development but also provide the scientific basis and the reference. Then paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter one:Introduction. Based on pondering opportunities and challenges of which the current social economic development, employment status, quality of talent to enhance bring, and the reflection that lack of targeted education leading to adverse effects, this study describes theoretical and practical significance of life transition about unemployed youth. Meanwhile, according to the decomposition method of keyword, the theme is decomposed into:unemployed young people, learning motivation, stimulation tactics.With step by step way to sort out related research results at home and abroad. And then from the existing research we can discover problems which look forward to being solved soon. Furthermore, research contents are confirmed and research method and research paths are also explored.Chapter two:theoretical basis. This chapter proceed from the basic theories of motivation psychology to analyze the concept of motivation, content, characteristics, influence factors, etc., and do a deep research on the significance of motivation; Furthermore, focus on exploring the learning motivation characteristics of the unemployed youth; Finally, for avoiding empty talk,once again deconstruct unemployed youth groups to analyze unemployed youth in the cognitive psychology, learning characteristics, and get inspiration about their learning characteristics,cognitive psychology to lay the necessary theoretical basis to come up with stimulation tactics for them. Chapter three:Motivation of youth unemployed Status Analysis. By using questionnaire and individual interviews together, we select one university's evening learners as research samples. According to the survey data analysis shows that the primary reason why they attend to study is "take a diploma and find a good job", followed by "obey their parents arrange to study", the third is "do nothing to kill time". This shows the real present situation of jobless young men learns further. On this basis, we point out those complex impacts which influence motivation of unemployed youth learners by many integrated factors lead to less enthusiasm, lower self-efficacy, poor teacher-student relationship, inconspicuous learning effect and other issues at present.Chapter four:Motivation strategy for unemployed youth. Arising problems of Unemployed youth in the learning process, focus at their "three conflicts" in-depth thinking, and then raise Motivational Strategies from the educational content, teaching methods and education system, which emphasizes the three changes, namely: changing the content of education, strengthen political and ideological education and attribution education; changing educational methods, adhere to the principle of people-oriented, focusing on positive incentives; changing the educational system, establish the home-school education system.
