Research On Development Of Urban Informal Sports Groups Since The Nineties Of The Twentieth Century In China

Urban informal sports groups are an important organizational form of mass sports, and sports development in China is bound to be subject to appropriate social and political systems, economic development level, cultural patterns and other social factors, infiltration and constraints. Therefore, researching development process of China's urban informal sports groups must also consider the relationship of the overall economic, political, cultural aspects between the sport phenomenon. The thesis that researches urban development and changes of China's informal sports groups from a sociological point of view since the nineties of the twentieth century, what uses Functional theory as the theoretical basis.Based on the meaning of informal groups and sports groups that I fully understand, and with the concept of informal sports groups that Scholars researched in the past, I redefine the concept of informal sports groups and analysis informal sports groups which are related in order to accurately grasp the meaning of informal sports groups.The history of informal sports groups in China since the nineties of the twentieth century is divided into three stages:Period of rapid growth (1990-1996); Sharp decline period (1997-2000); Stable development period (2001-2010). The paper uses literature, interviews, comparative analysis, induction and deduction as research methods, it analyses social background of urban informal sports groups in China at different stages of development since the nineties of the twentieth century, and also analyses the favorable conditions of China's urban informal sports groups and discusses overall changes of China's urban informal sports groups at different times with examples. The paper analyses the factors which constrains the development f China's urban informal sports groups, puts forward reasonable proposal and predicts the trends of China's urban informal sports groups.
