The training of normal school students' teaching skills is an important part of their education.As a new tool,videocase has got high praise by people for its unique advantages.At present,there are two ways that normal school students use videocase:the traditional classroom and out of class just by videocases. In general,students' videocase study has certain problems,such as time and space limited,lack of teacher guide,resources central, lack of discussion and reflection.So we put forward the concept "the online learning support based on videocase".Our purpose is to help them expand the space and time of videocase-based learning.and improve their learning efficiency and effectiveness.On the basis of investigation,this study analyzed the necessity, feasibility and function demand of videocase-based online support platform of normal school students' teaching skills; Through the design of videocase-based learning of normal school students' teaching skills on the Internet,we built the mode of our platform,and designed the scaffold which is an important element of the mode;With the open source software Discuz,we developed this platform and had a preliminary validation of its validity. In theory,we broke the original video case "resoureces concept", and put forward the new idea that giving learning support for students' video case study; In practice,we built a rich learning environment for students'case study.The article is divided into seven chapters,Chapter one introduces the background,present situation,purpose and meaning,content and methods of this study;Chapter two defines and studies the related concepts and theories,include teaching skills, video and videocase study,learning support. Chapter three investigates videocase's application situation by normal school students,and sums up the main problems. Chapter four designs the videocase-based learning model of normal school students' teaching skills on the Internet.and constructs the theory mode of videocase-based training online support platform; Chapter five designs and develops this platform; Chapter six is application research, with qualitative research methods, combining with group survey and case analysis,we validate the effectiveness of our platform; Chapter seven is summary and reflection.we summarize the main work of our study,the contribution and the shortage of our study.and putforward the next stage of research work.
