Teaching material is the key factor to improve the teaching quality, the evaluation of the teaching material could be the vane and guide its own development, hence it has important significance. With the further reseach in the development of China's basic education reform, theory reseach and practice exploration has increasingly become one of the focus problems to the reseachers, teachers in schools, students and parents.Human being are transferring ourselves from industrial civilization to information society with unprecedented speed. The modes of teaching material's compiling and preaentation have changed a lot, as well as the methods and content of students' learning. So we need review the question of "what kind of teaching material is excellent" in the informatization perspective, which means to discuss the problems in evaluation of teaching materials brought by informatization like the transfermation of the angles, teaching material has been changed from traditional to informatization, and the inner mechanism of informatization evaluation of teaching material, also the demand, dimension and index of the informatization evaluation of teaching material; as a result the teaching materials'qualities could be secured and have a promising development.Part One is the introduction.
