The higher vocation education in our country experienced the stage of arising and developing sharply, and has come into a new one which asks for qualified and characteristic mode. Teachers who are forces at the core of education naturally become the developing and reforming centre. The quality of teachers for specialized courses in higher vocation education is an important indication of educational level and determined how students can be taught directly. Also, they are the most special teaching group in higher vocation education, and therefore the research on management of their career is most helpful in solving the problems from higher vocation education. In recent years, a great many researchers have studied on vocational education teachers, like"double-quality"teachers, so this article intends to discover the theory of development of higher specialized courses'teachers from the prospective of managing their career, so as to broaden the researching horizon.This essay, in the breakthrough point of theories of vocational career's management, one kind of human resource management, selecting particular vocational group of teachers for specialized courses in higher vocational education as the objects of study, based on feature analysis and occupational status analysis of the teachers, embedding theories and means of career management, attempts to build a management system which is aimed at cultivating abilities of the teachers'career development.This essay has four chapters in total, including: the first chapter- introduction which mainly defines the concept of higher vocation education, teachers for specialized courses in higher vocation education, career management, and briefly states the research objectives, thread of thought and research methods, etc.; the second chapter- theoretical generalization, introducing outlook of professional competence on development, career management theory, career cycle theory and feasibility as well as necessity of this article; the third chapter- analysis on occupational status and human resource nature of the objects, which lays a foundation for the last chapter by analyzing the objects'occupational status and characteristics; the fourth chapter- career management system of teachers for specialized courses in higher vocation education, which, based on the last chapter, develops the topic of career management system in three aspects of safeguard system, college management and professional training section.
