As the steady implementation of basic education of mathematics curriculum reform, domestic scholars do a comprehensive and in-depth research and discussion to the existence of many problems in mathematics curriculum reform. Currently, the mathematics curriculum reform of basic education are at the stage of summing up and reflection.Meanwhile, some front-line teachers and scholars also pointed out that a number of problems of the new mathematics textbooks. Therefore, studying the new mathematics textbook in depth is an important part to ensure that basic education of mathematics curriculum reform has become a steady in-depth implementation.In this study, based on the development of mathematics education in U.S. primary history and current situation, Mainly in China and the U.S. representative selection of primary school mathematics textbooks, "PEP" and "California Edition " in "Statistics and Probability "do a comparative study of course content. Analysis United States elementary school mathematics textbooks for the preparation of a systematic and comprehensive.Take this comparison, literature and content analysis. First of all, starting from the macro level, do a comparative study of the two countries of the "mathematics curriculum standards. Discuss Similarities and differences with areas in "Statistics and Probability" of two countries. Secondly, take the depth to the micro level, In terms of the content and structure, writing style and structure of three dimensions , do comparative analysis of Sino-US textbooks of written in a style. Finally, select primary school mathematics "average" as a typical case carefully. Do comprehensive and detailed comparison of the content and structure, organizational structure, preparation style, layout location, presentation, and other aspects of the text features.
