Take a view of the preschool education development in our country, the government's attention was focused on the urban preschool education development. Accompanied with the development of economy and the pace of urban and rural, the equity of preschool education has attracted considerable attention from the government. In 2003, the state council issued"decision on Further Strengthening Rural Education", and in 2008, the Central Committee of the CCP issued"decision of some importance issues on promoting the rural reform and development", stressed that local governments at all levels should attach great importance to rural preschool education and provide supports to the education development, besides promote the preschool education utilizing the surplus resources of education abundantly after the arrangement adjustment of rural primary and middle schools. Thereby the government devotes to guarantee the equal education opportunity of rural preschool children by various policies, especially in 2010"national long-and mid-term education reform and development plan outline"and NPC & CPPCC convened in March 2011 clearly put forward that, the government should focus on promoting rural preschool education in various forms, and bring the leading role of town center kindergarten into full play to narrow the gap between urban and rural preschool education.Town center kindergarten is the subject of rural kindergarten, and is in the charge of town government and relative education departments, the development level of which reflects the actual situation of rural preschool education in a large extent. The dominant activation of preschool education stage is game, the game teaching implementation level directly affects the quality of preschool education in town center kindergarten. This work focus on the game teaching implementation actuality of town kindergarten, applying the questionnaire, observation and interview method to investigate the game teaching implementation actuality of town kindergarten in Chongqing, in order to offer reference for improving the education quality of rural kindergarten. It is found that there is certain different between the idealistic actuality and actual actuality in the game teaching implementation of town center kindergarten. Theoretically preschool teachers have comprehensive understanding on the connotation, the characteristic and value of game teaching, and they are also willing to organize and implement the educational games. But in practice, there are serious primary school-oriented tendency in preschool education. There are many factors responsible for the actuality above: the influence of institutional culture, the influence of the education concept of preschool teachers, the influence of the number of preschool children and living environment, as well as the lack of game equipment, the lack of game field, the lack of game environment, etc. Accordingly, the suggestions are put forward as follows: changing kindergarten institutional culture, providing institutional guarantees for the implementation of the children games, updating the education concept of preschool teachers, promoting the preschool teacher's professional development in town center kindergartens, promoting the government-run kindergarten, encouraging multi-channel running kindergarten, reducing the number of children per-class, increasing the game equipment, setting up game area reasonably, decorating appropriate game environment, and promoting the implementation of the children games teaching based on its own characteristics.
