Research Of The Jilin Special Economic Zone's Development Model Innovation

Since the reform and opening-up policy have forced, China's sustained economic growth, population distribution and regional economic pattern have a corresponding change, regional differences have also present expanding situation. As an important commodity grain base in China and Northeast old industrial base,the development of Jilin province is relatively slow and is in relatively backward position in the whole nation.This gap which exists between Jilin province and other areas is deeper and deeper, and the unbalanced development in Jilin province is more prominent.In recent years, Jilin province's population and economic have kept the growing trend. The population of the employment structure and the economic situation also gradually tends to rationalize, namely the first industry employment population and the proportion of GDP have declined,and employment population of the second industry and the third industry have been increasing as well as the proportion of GDP. But we must realize that, the drop of the employment population is extremely detrimental to the economic development. Meanwhile the distribution of the population and the level of economic development situation between each locally administratered are also different.The relationship between Jilin's economic development and population distribution is close. Jilin economy development determines the change of population distribution. Through the analysis with Theil coefficient T's system and coefficient L's system in Jilin province and each locally administrated level,we can found that, in the overall, the difference of economic development and population of Jilin province is largely determined by the difference in the group by each county, that is to say, the overall differences are decided by the difference of economic development and population distribution in each locally administrated level. At the same time, the difference of economic development of Jilin province is significantly greater than the difference of population distribution, and the difference of economic development of Jilin province is aslo significantly greater than the difference of population distribution, this suggests Jilin's economic development and population distribution exist imbalance,and the imbalance is determined by the economic development difference and population distribution difference between county-level. Although this imbalance is being slowly improved, but so far, the imbalance of contradictions is still arduous.This paper introduces the concept and theory of gravity, apply to Jilin population center of gravity and economic barycenter of Jilin province, this paper calculated the population focus and economic barycenter's evolvement track that population of Jilin province, gravity and the economic barycenter also exist imbalance between state and has been in Jilin province, show that the deviation between economic development and the population distribution there have been differences, and economic barycenter's evolvement track population and complex barycenter evolvement track, this shows that economic development of Jilin province regional gap, leading to the growing population center of gravity change of Jilin province. At the same time, this paper also introduces the population of Jilin province each industry centered and economic barycenter's change, found the economic structure is Jilin province, namely, the first industry tends to rationalize the proportion is gradually decrease, while the second industry and the third industry proportion is increasing. But in the three industries in all but employment population reduced, it is harmful to economic development, employment population decrease and Jilin province labor outflow and aging population development is a relationship, the economy to long-term development, it is necessary to solve the employment of the population decline. Meanwhile, through the study found, Jilin province economic barycenter's direction of the imbalance in what is more than that of the imbalance in the north and south direction, explains the development gap between Jilin province far greater than what the development gap between north and south.Based on economic development and population distribution of Jilin province, the tin analytical and population center of gravity and coefficient of Jilin province and found that economic barycenter of economic development and population distribution has been in the contradiction between state, in the long run, population distribution and economic development is not balanced hamper economic development, so, must solve the contradiction between the two, and promote the harmonious development of both.
