Since China launched a project to train Teachers' Skill of Applied Educational Technology in Primary and Secondary School, the training for improving teachers'educational technology capacity has been carried out all over China. We have accumulated rich experience in training objective, content, method, management, and evaluation, etc. However, some problems are needed focused during its implementation, such as whether the training is effective depend on once assess, whether the teachers use the learning to improve their behavior after training, etc.On the basis of background stated above, this paper used training evaluation and transfer theories as the theoretical guidance, analyzed actualities of the training relying on literatures, survey research, case study and on-site inspection, at last promoted some suggestions.This paper contents four parts, the first part is an introduction, which expounded the background of the issue, the status quo at home and abroad, the purpose, the significance, the content and method of this research. In the second part, it defined the core concepts, elaborated the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model and the influence factors of training transfer, then respectively summarized the inspirations from two theories. The third part is the highlight of this research, which is the empirical analysis of training effectiveness. In this part, it mainly completed three contents:(1) designed survey tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training.(2) respectively collected data in four levels according to the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model, including:firstly, understand teacher trainee's satisfaction, some existing problems and their comments or proposals toward training through survey; next, comprehend teacher trainee's accomplished works through the training teacher to knew their study; thirdly, understand teacher trainee's application after training relying on survey and three different research objects in case study; finally, observe teacher trainee's instructional application and investigate her students to find out how teacher trainee's behavior changing that affect the students after training.(3) digested and analyzed the data gathering with SPSS 17.0.In fourth part, according to analysis results, propounded some suggestions based on existing problems to improve the training. Then it made a final conclusion, discussed the shortcomings and problems of current research and look forward to the future work.The author believes that this study lends itself to know teachers'opinions of training and their working situations and the writer also expect to provide some help or references for further studies.
