In the recent years, the phenomenon of the weariness of studying in middle school students is becoming more and more serious, especially in junior middle school. A lot of students are disgusted with school, due to intensive study, the variety of subjects, dull atmosphere in class and increasingly heavy academic workload. The stringent requirements come both from teachers and parents and the pressure of school entrance. The phenomenon not only affects the quality of education and teaching of the compulsory education, but also has negative impact on the mental and physical development of teenagers. The formation of physical and mental growth and the formation of the sound personality, therefore, we must draw great attention in the education sector.The reason of middle school student school-weary is various, Including student aspects of their own , family education, school management, teacher factors , the social environment ,and so on. Teacher factors are very important, but there are very few researches on teacher factors. Under the current educational circumstances, which we cannot easily change, we have to explore teacher's attribution of middle school students' learning weariness, disgusted with teachers' education mode, starts unceasingly, the defects of correct education error caused by reducing disgusted is a very realistic and effective approach.The study aims to explore the causes of students' weariness from the teachers'aspect, to draw enough attention to the teachers, and to shock teachers'mind which enable them to get rid of the wrong ways of thinking and realize that educational deviation can mock students' bodies and their mind so that they can respect students, admire students, optimize teaching and improve quality to minimize school-weary proportion and school-weary degree.In this paper, for the case of part middle schools in Zhaoyuan, we explained the meaning of weariness rationally based on previous research. By conducting a series of field surveys on the weariness of the students in junior high school through literature including questionnaires, interviews and other methods, we have attributed the following causes of weariness: one-sided pursuit of exam-oriented education system, failing to appreciate the students' abilities, a lack of the mental communication between teachers and students, the negative effects of teachers'expectations, the comparison tedious teaching method and the heavy academic burden on students, etc. Only do we conceive the root cause of the problem can help us to solve the problem effectively. According to above teacher's attribution analysis, the author proposed the following measures that teachers'should take to help students in junior high school out of the weariness.First, we should establish a correct concept of education. In the teaching process the most important thing that we should consider is our responsibilities rather than the interests. Teachers can not pursuit the rate of further education and excellent results unilaterally. We must persist humanist to respect and trust every student. When we make teaching plans, determine the teaching content, choose teaching method, design the teaching activities, we should think more about our students.Second, we should show a comprehensive understanding and proper evaluation of students. Teachers need to know a full range of information of each student and find the "bright spots"of each student with a sense of responsibility. For grades of students, teachers should have a point of view with the development to enable students to be respected and feel the joy of success.Third, we should form a good teacher-student interaction. Good relationship between teachers and students has positive function for students' learning motivation.Fourth, we should use Teacher Expectations scientifically. If teachers can help and encourage students with the faith that "each student can succeed", those students of weariness will become "willing to learn, happy to learn".Fifth, we should use the teaching situation efficiently in order to motivate students'interest in learning. Students' weariness mainly because they are not interested in Class, thus lacks the motivation of study. Therefore, teachers must cultivate and improve students' interest in learning. A lively, interesting and exciting teaching environment design can stimulate students' interest in learning, mobilizing the enthusiasm of students, opening the gate of the students'thinking, thereby enhancing the efficiency of classroom instruction. Sixth, the teacher must be good at helping students get rid of network hazards. Online games on students' physical and mental health and academic achievements are very great harm. Teachers should strengthen the psychological analysis of students, teachers should make full student rational knowledge networks. As a teacher or teacher in charge, should help students rational knowledge network advantages and harm, trying to give students describe network to endanger case, let them clearly indulging self will cause serious consequence, guides them to pay attention to health, and civilized Internet. Organize rich and colorful class activities to interest students.Seventh, we should try our best to attempt to reduce the academic burden on students, which is an important reason for students' weariness in junior high school. The aim of reducing the academic burden primary and secondary schools is to make joy of learning to the students. So homework assignments must be properly arranged optimized and Improved the quality of correction by teachers. To make different levels of students enjoy the completion of quality work in the happiness of study and the joy of success. Homework should be an extension of students' interest in learning, rather than a catalyst for students to students' weariness.
