In the field of science and technology, it is an important work to calculate the creditability for the data. This work can illustrate the objectivity and reliability of these data. It is true in Physical Education also. We forward the project "Evaluation for Physical Score's Creditability in Undergraduate", and, we try to build some theory for it.In theory, we can explain the creditability of the physical score, at the same time, the strongpoint and the backwards are depicted. In practicality, this work can perfect the test plan and forward the evaluation result for the manager agents, so, the educational measure can be optimized. We work with literature method, questionnaire method, experimentation method, mathematics statistics method, logic analysis method.Firstly, we narrate the background of our work. The work and their relation are summed up.In the second step, a succession of evaluation indexes is educed. It can expose physical score's creditability in undergraduate. There are three classes of evaluation indexes in our work. Such problems as creditability, independency, and robustness are reviewed. In the third step, some evaluation model is developed based on different mathematics theory. The comprehensive evaluation is admitted successfully; some evaluation models were built for different application. The key problems are settled like forming evaluation index in performance evaluation, selection of factor set, the eduction of evaluation matrix and multi-step fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. We perform some evaluation test with some test data. It shows the effectivity of the evaluation indexes and the evaluation model. From the data obtained, this is the first time to form a general quantified performance evaluation system in Physical Education.
