| For implementation of the Ministry of Education on further strengthening the construction of common colleges and universities high level sports teams of the implementation opinions "of the spirit,further perfect the ordinary university high level sports team's exit access mechanism,strengthen the comprehensive assessment of high level sports team construction quality,but also in order to adapt to the current reform of China's competitive sports competition and meet the requirements of comprehensive strengthening college sports,therefore,to our country ordinary university high level sports team competition performance,build a ranking points accumulated evaluation system.This paper mainly USES literature research method,Delphi method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method,expert interview method,comprehensive scoring method and parabolic progressive scoring method and other research methods,and will elaborate the construction process and results of the scoring system of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities from the following four aspects.Firstly,by studying the current situation of the construction of high-level sports teams,this paper points out the necessity of establishing the evaluation system of high-level sports teams' performance ranking and score accumulation.Second,using the Delphi method to 20 experts investigation,developed the high level sports teams in our country sports involved the hierarchical classification,to classify the various sports events to determine,at the same time through comprehensive score method,parabolic progressive scoring method of mathematical statistics method to establish the weight system and competition performance ranking list;Thirdly,it develops the specific algorithm of ranking scores of each high-level sports team in each school and the method of evaluating all high-level sports teams in the same project.Fourth,take the2019 football high-level sports teams of six schools as an example,and use this method to rank and evaluate.Through the study of this article mainly six conclusions: first,the current in order to further strengthen the construction of high level sports teams in common colleges and universities,the need to build out of the ordinary colleges and universities high level sports team competition performance ranking points total evaluation system,in order to complete the daily supervision of high level sports teams in common colleges and universities,improve the level of the sport and establish its exit access mechanism.Second,the sports events involved in high-level sports teams of ordinary universities inChina can be divided into 3 levels,the first level is divided into 2 categories,the second level is divided into 8 categories,and the third level is divided into 23 categories.Thirdly,the weight coefficients of the 23 categories of the sports events involved in the high-level sports teams of Chinese universities are established.Fourth,calculate the competition points corresponding to the ranking of each event;Fifthly,it forms the calculation formula of the total score ranking of the high-level sports teams in Chinese universities within a year.Sixth,developed in our country ordinary university high level sports team competition performance ranking points total evaluation system using steps,namely,summarize their respective competition performance ranking,screening and validation results ranking,calculate each project competition performance ranking within a year of total credit,in accordance with the total score of high and low for projects across the country to the universities high level sports team ranking.At the same time,the author puts forward three Suggestions: first,give full play to the evaluation function,daily supervision function and promotion function of the evaluation system in strengthening the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities;Second,because the competition is constantly changing,in the annual evaluation of high-level sports teams of ordinary colleges and universities,it is necessary to classify the events not mentioned in the article,so that the ranking of the competition results can be converted into weight coefficient and competition points.Third,ordinary colleges and universities high level sports team competition performance ranking points accumulated research into the evaluation system is a complex system engineering,this article only from the perspective of the overall construction of ordinary university high level sports team competition performance ranking points total evaluation system,in the study can also from more detailed perspective to the high level sports team competition performance ranking points accumulated a more comprehensive and specific rating system. |
