The number of the graduates has been increased highly:from 1.0836 million in 1998 to 6.30 million in 2010 with the average increasing speed per year of 15.8%. According to the date from the website of Ministry of Education, the first employment rate is down to recent 70% from 90% and the hard employment problem gets worse and worse. How to ease the problem has become the focus of government, collages and the society.Since30 years of our country's reforming and opening up to the world, the employment system of graduates has been also changed into the employment system of finding a job on their own from all court interconnected system under the planned economy. Our country's graduates have been being connected with market economy, but there are institutional handicaps in fact. One of the reasons of the hard employment of graduates in present is the imperfect related system. In a word, the changing from all court interconnected system to the employment system of finding a job on their own needs to a period of time to be accepted by the graduates. While they have been pushed into the ground of history and have to afford more pressures, They must set an even higher demand on themselves, which needs that they can not only find jobs on themselves but also become self-employed. This changing also needs a period of transition and the supports from collages, government, and so on.In the overseas, the graduates are interested in self-employed jobs. A number of graduates realize the leaps in their companies'progresses, which not only realizes the values of them but also provides a lot of employment chances to society. While in our country, the changing of employment system needs to be accepted by graduates themselves, the self-employed atmosphere has not striked root in the hearts of the people under the imperfect related system. So compared with overseas, there are many problems in our country's graduate's self-employed system and the complete self-employed system has not built. Researching the supporting system of self-employed graduates has important and positive impacts on the development of self-employed graduates.According to the research on basalt fiber in borne and abroad, there are three aspects affecting the self-employed graduates:1. the self-employed education system, which brings the theoretical knowledge about starting an enterprise and completes the preparing work; 2. the supporting policy from government, which mainly provides the good environment for graduates under the macro environment;3. the personality of the graduates. As a result, we should analyze the self-employment problem of graduates from the self-employed education system from collages, the supporting policy system from government and the personality of the graduates. And it must be noted that the establishment of the supporting system needs the work from government, collages and others in the society. As the architect of the State Government Macroscopic Intervention, the government is more important in macro-controlling policy of self-employment because of the early process of our country's self-employed graduates. The most important aim is to really realize the correct leading function. As the main executors of self-employment education, the collages have effort on guiding graduates'self-employed ideas, culturing their self-employment ability, and so on.The thesis analyses the present development of self-employment education and the existing problems, the supporting policy from government and the self-problem from graduates, comments the present policy in objective and fair view and find out the reason of problems. So the self-employment system of our country's graduates can be established.
