| With the rise of positive psychology, flow theory has gradually become a research focus of psychology, education and other areas. current more and more people take attention on the mental health of college instructors, but there are few people pay close attention to flow of college instructors. So this thesis selected 180 college instructors of Nanchang's four universities in Jiangxi province, studied flow in college instructors. This is studied content.1 Revise college instructor flow state scale;2 Explore the relationship between flow and well-being of college instructors;3 Put forward scientific management methods of college instructors based on flow theory.Through this research, the author draws a conclusion:1 Flow structure of college counselors included the five dimensions, namely, enjoyment, feedback, goals, integration. The revised College counselors flow questionnaire has a good level of reliability and validity, credibility and stability studies can be used as measurement tools.2 Flow of College counselors have more good psychological condition. Fluent in nine different demographic study shows:gender, representation of the two variables did not show differences; in marriage, education, school, work experience, annual income five dimensions, there are some differences of the individual dimensions of flow; in the age and housing situation two variables, flow showing an overall difference.3 Flow and well-being have an extremely significant correlation. Among them, the enjoyment of the subjective well-being and general well-being there is a direct positive impact; goal of psychological well-being and general well-being there is a direct positive effect; feedback on subjective well-being there is a direct positive effect; integration of psychological well-being there is a direct positive effect.4 Recommended the creation of a harmonious atmosphere, to enhance enjoyment of experience; improve assessment mechanism, and strengthen the work of the feedback; a clear duty position, the establishment of clear objectives; to promote lifelong learning and training capacity of these four aspects enhancing integration of flow experience. |
