Teachers professionalism education theory, is an important problem in the area of the education for teachers. The development of teachers professionalism would be effected by external environment. Good external environment and the positive internal factors of teachers can boost the development of teachers professionalism to some extent. Therefore, the training for professional teachers is an organized and well planned system, which is crucial for the improvement of quality of teachers.The professionalism education for teachers in China does have positive effect but is still far away from maturity. The problems such as outdated content, bad performed trainers and ineffective management have become the obstacle of further development of professional teachers. In this situation, how to match the current and potential need, satisfy and inspire teachers is the biggest problem to be resolved.Based on teachers professionalism education theory for professional teachers, in this paper, we have a discussion of the quality, the attitude, and the capability of teachers, look into the behaviours and performance in the development of professionalism, analyse the required knowledge and ability for teachers, and then deduce the effective and efficient methods of training for the improvement of teachers professionalism.We conducted surveys and interviews, in order to research the development of teachers professionalism on practical level. The conclusion of this paper mostly matches the related theories while proving some divergence as well. The reason is those theories are based on the situation of other countrys, which are different from China. Thus, the theories can not be utilized in China totally, without any investigation. Furthermore, each teacher has his or her own situation, which requires the diversity of training in content and method. Only when the teachers are trained according to their own condition they can develop to the largest extent.
