Right to speak of teachers and students is the most basic and the most important component at the university field. But the reality isn't as we wish, right to speak of teachers and students in the school field has often been limited or even denied. As an outsider, the author observe everything happen in the university campus, and hear some comments made by students in the school. On the basis of reflection and analysis of all that I saw and heard, I analyze the causes of such phenomena or speech. Teachers and students are in the "speechless" state in the Field of power, that is missing the right to speak. This deletion make teachers and students often take some radical ways and means when facing problems, displaying negative resistance and "self-imposed exile" to the high level group's right to speak. At the same time, the author enter into the classroom as a teacher, who is a player, to explore how the different roles the teachers and students undertaking in the classroom has led to the conflict and contradiction between groups which represent the interests of their respective groups. We found ultimately that confrontations between the teachers and students in the classroom are affected by that outside of the classroom. Then we analyze the causes of speechless of teachers and students in three angles: from the university's spirit, the nature of school management system, and the teachers and students. Last, we propose solutions to the strategic thinking: analyzing the conditions, the process and the results for the returning of the right to speak of students and teachers, with these three principles of tolerance, freedom and fairness.
