In the context of internationalization, Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools is a new institutional mode emerged in the cooperation between China and other countries and regions in the realm of education, higher education in particular. It provides more quality education resources and diversified alternatives for higher education in terms of education supply, which has been playing an active role in many ways. The research is based on the methodology of case study and comparative analysis in addition to a questionnaire survey and interviews so as to test and modify the initial conception. After collecting the necessary information, the paper also tries to give a comprehensive analysis and reasoning of required information and the argument of issues concerned and then propose specific measures for settlement. At the beginning of the preparation for the paper, I found there was lack of pertinent research on teaching management, which is the lifeline of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools, although they were developing fast in China and concerned. On the other hand, I found members of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools all have views and understanding in different levels through the surveys. So that this paper expects to give some suggestion valuable for practice. However, because of the limited ability, this paper didn't have enough study on the foreign literature and was lack of quantitative analysis. This paper was mainly established in current situation of the joint schools in our country. It was not comprehensive and deep enough yet.
