The reasons as follow are:1. Recently, there are not many regular HEIs in Shanghai set up dragon dancing exercise as an elective course and the sport's development is still on the primary stage, but under the advocacy of state's policy and the revolution of education system,the dragon dancing exercise will have great potential. And it must be one of PE courses in future.2.With a nationwide promotion, the dragon dancing exercise attracts more and more attentions and interests from students and teachers in HELs.Most of them consider it has a great prosperous and promising prospect3.Although we don not have adequate professional teacher resource now, in recent years increasing people join the exercitation held by federation of dragon dancing. And this can abate the problem in some extent.4.The cost of equipment of dragon dancing can be afforded by most of colleges.In addition at the primary stage, students can use their own facilities to guarantee dragon dancing class go through.5.Now, We have more and more the scientific research, books and videos concerning dragon dancing year after year and that can be a powerful pledge which help us to apply the dragon dancing exercise to PE course.
